Goer in Training
Ella serves as Be3 International's Goer in Training. At 18 years old, she has already completed a year-long discipleship training school and School of Missions & Evangelism through YWAM. During her training, she served in four nations across Asia, including Japan and Kyrgyzstan, sharing the love of Christ among some of the hardest-to-reach people groups in the world.
Ella is currently serving as full-time staff with YWAM Idaho, where she will spend the next two years developing her leadership skills. Her role includes mentoring students, assisting with discipleship and training schools, and leading teams on international mission trips among the unreached.
Ella's passion is to see all people have the opportunity to hear the Gospel, and her long-term goal is to serve as a full-time missionary overseas.

As Ella prepares for a lifetime of serving among the unreached, she is building a team of faithful partners who will help make that calling possible. Her greatest need is monthly support to cover basic living expenses while serving full-time with YWAM, including rent, food, transportation, insurance, and ministry-related costs. Consistent monthly giving provides the stability she needs to focus on discipleship, leadership development, mentoring students, and leading international mission teams.
In addition to monthly support, one-time gifts help fund overseas mission trips and practical needs that increase her ministry's effectiveness. Current needs include reliable transportation and a camper van to support travel, outreach, and ministry responsibilities.
