Join us for a life-changing service trip in South Asia!

This processing fee will move you to the application phase and reserve your spot on the team. Failure to make time-stamped payments or withdraw from the team will remove you from the roster. This Fee is non-refundable.

    Travel to Nepal

    Day 3-4
    Arrive in Kathmandu and see cultural sites with our national partner while adjusting to the time

    Day 5 -11
    See direct work of national partners, village visits and ministry events

    Day 11-12
    Retreat with partners in Pokhara

    Day 13 Return to Kathmandu and explore cultural sites

    Day 14-15: Depart for home or continue your journey with an optional extension to Thailand.

    Thailand: Explore Bangkok and head to the beautiful Surat Thani floating retreat to debrief before returning home.

  • Step 1: Pay a $100 pre-registration fee
    A nonrefundable $100 pre-registration fee is required to begin the process. This fee supports ministry preparation and administrative costs through Be3 International and temporarily reserves your place on the team.

    Step 2: Complete your application
    After pre-registering, you will complete the official team application. This application includes the personal information and documentation required to join the team and participate in international travel.

    Step 3: Application Approval
    Once your application has been reviewed, a Be3 International team member will contact you regarding your approval status and confirm your official spot on the team.

    Step 4: Pre-Trip Online Course
    Team members will participate in a 6-session online preparation course leading up to the trip. These meetings are vital as we prepare spiritually, culturally, logistically, and relationally to serve together as a unified team.

    Given the importance of team preparation, attendance at 5 of 6 meetings is required.

    Step 5: Trip Payment Schedule
    A detailed fee payment schedule will be sent after team approval. Meeting payment deadlines is extremely important and helps streamline travel planning, airfare purchases, lodging reservations, and administrative processes.

    Participants who are able to pay trip costs in full early are encouraged to do so whenever possible.

Team Member Requirements

01 / Passport Requirements

All team members are required to have a valid passport for international travel. Please review the following carefully:

  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of return from the trip. Many countries will deny entry if your passport expires sooner.

  • Your passport should have at least 2–3 blank pages available for entry and exit stamps.

  • If you do not currently have a passport, or if your passport is close to expiring, please begin the application or renewal process immediately. Processing times can vary, and delays are common.

Please double-check that the name on your passport exactly matches the name used for airline tickets.

Nepal and Thailand Entry Requirements

Vaccines & Health Recommendations

Travelers should consult their doctor or a travel clinic as soon as possible before the trip to discuss recommended vaccines and medications for travel to Kenya.

There are no required vaccinations for this team.

Commonly recommended vaccines may include:

  • Hepatitis A

  • Hepatitis B

  • Typhoid

  • Tetanus booster

  • Rabies

Additional reminders:

  • Bring any prescription medications in original containers

  • Carry a copy of prescriptions

  • Consider travel insurance that includes medical evacuation coverage

  • Drink bottled or purified water while in-country
